Step 2:configure pidgine for your gtalk
you shold start with the bellow screen.

who has blocked you. For
this follow the below mentioned steps.
Step 3:log in your account
when any one blocked on you in gtalk they will just appear offline just like other contact who is really offline. to find who the difference RIGHT CLICK on the contact and click on GET INFO.the below image shows the difference between the blocked person and the offline contact.
